Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands

Home: Welcome

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote transformation by reflecting on past experiences and encouraging a new positive outlook. My approach is integrative, drawing from Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness to help you in the best possible way.

Your well-being is my ultimate concern. I offer you help in understanding yourself, managing your problems, fears and support in traumatic experiences. Whether you’re an individual, a couple or a family looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence and assist you in the healing process.

Take a look at the services I offer, and get in touch with me.

Psychotherapy,   counselling,   supervision.

I help with: trauma in which I specialise, any type of abuse, anger, addiction, bereavement, child-related issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), gender, relationship problems, self-harming, suicidal thoughts, work stress, betrayal, loss, panic attacks.

If there is something you are struggling with and is not listed here, ask.

The therapy will start with an assessment where you will have a chance to share your concerns, thoughts and worries. Then we will find out your expectations and decide what could be done.

I work on an open ended-basis, agreed period of time or solution-focused.

Each session is 50 minutes long.

I work with individuals, couples and other relationships.

I supervise individuals and groups.
