My approach is integrative, drawing from Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness to help you in the best possible way.

I help with: trauma in which I specialise, any type of abuse, anger, addiction, bereavement, child-related issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), gender, relationship problems, self-harming, suicidal thoughts, work stress, betrayal, loss, panic attacks.

Therapy starts with an assessment where you have a chance to share your concerns, find out what your expectations are and what could be done, then both of us will decide whether we could work together.
I work on an open ended-basis, agreed period of time or solution-focused.
Each session is 50 minutes long.
